Event Description:
On May 13, the Summit Area YMCA will host the 17th Annual Mother’s Day 5K Run/Walk at Memorial Field, in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. All age groups (6+) are invited to participate in this event where proceeds from the chip-timed, USATF-sanctioned Grand Prix race benefit LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA. LIVESTRONG® is a free, small group, 12-week cancer survivor and recovery program. The Mother’s Day 5K is a family-friendly event that will also include a magic show, Zumba, Tot Trot, and music. Runners and walkers are welcome to participate in the race as individuals or as teams and prizes will be awarded in each age category.

Regular Registration from April 22 - May 12 is $30. Race Day Registration is $40. Other events are free and open to the community.
