Alexis DeRosa and Mike Kovacs, representatives from the Training and Outreach Unit of the New Jersey Division of Taxation will be presenting this workshop. We want your small business to be successful! The first step is a business plan, registration, and reporting business income. In this workshop, new and potential business owners will learn how to properly register their small business with the State of New Jersey; definitions of different business structures; how to report business income; meeting employer responsibilities; and understanding sales and use tax.
