Shade Perennials for NJ Gardens at Reeves-Reed Arboretum

Many gardeners and homeowners in suburban New Jersey face dual challenges: gardening under a mature canopy and trying to introduce native plants into their gardens. RRA Director of Horticulture Marc Montefusco will host a tour and lecture that addresses both of these issues. Reeves-Reed Arboretum has a lovely collection of shade-loving perennials, and many of them will be at their best on May 1. Following a tour of the relevant beds and gardens, Marc will discuss new and rare shade perennial varieties, recommend sources, and take questions. Registration is required.
