February 6 @ 7 PM - 8 PM: Reducing Stress Through Meditation (Adults & Teens) Join Umesh Bhatia, a long-time meditator, as he discusses the extraordinary effect of meditation to reduce stress-related responses, improve concentration, and enhance clarity of thought and mental equilibrium. He will also present a simple, time-tested, ancient, and effective meditation technique. There will be a short meditation sitting as well. Free, everyone is welcome.
