Praying Psalms in Nature

Need an excuse to “Just Be” outside? Please join the United Methodist Church of Summit in the beautiful setting of Briant Park in Summit to reflect on nature-inspired Psalms. We shall meet at the Gazebo to start the walk at 12:30 along the wide and meandering path. This will be a family friendly and multi-generational event where we hope to form various paced groups. Our previous walks were enjoyed by all ages, and all paces, making restful stops as needed along the 1 mile loop. We will provide printed psalms if you wish for a more individual time of reflection! Bring a picnic lunch if you wish to eat together before we get going! Feel free to bring chairs, a blanket, your family and friends! We wish to grow this event and encourage wider community participation - All are Welcome!! If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we will reschedule at another time.
