Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our cooking classes you'll have the opportunity to work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chefs and educators.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours long
- All ingredients used in class are local, fresh, non-processed and of highest quality
- You will be able to sit down and enjoy a generous portion of the food you prepared
- We are happy to pair the right wine with the food prepared and you are allowed to bring your own
- Please make sure you wear comfortable clothes and bring an apron
