What are societal views of aging and how has that changed over decades? What are our own expectations for this time of life? Is there a right path to living into old age? What can be done to help us have an emotionally fulfilling second adulthood? What are the advantages of becoming older? Can life be fullfilling at 75? 85? 95? This workshop on aging will look at the “second stage of adulthood” (ages 60-90+) and how life choices made during the “retirement years” could impact our emotional, physical and cognitive well-being.
