Free workshop followed by free concert. With Lesl Harker, Irish flute and Jerry O'Sullivan, Uilleann Pipes. This program is made possible by The Summit Free Public Library and by a 2016 HEART (History, Education, Arts Reaching Thousands) Grant from the Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders.
